30 days, for any reason
If you are not happy with the Fernlit plan, you can ask for a full refund of any payment within 30 days of the date you were charged. This applies to weekly, monthly and yearly plans, and to every renewal, not only the first payment. You do not need to give a reason.
How to ask
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so Paddle handles refunds. Ask in either of these ways, with the email address you paid with:
- go to paddle.net, find your Fernlit order and request a refund; or
- write to hello@fernlit.app and we will ask Paddle to refund you.
The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Paddle usually processes a refund within a few days; your bank may take up to 10 working days to show it.
After a refund
When a payment is refunded, the plan period it paid for ends and you go back to one free chapter a day. Your stories stay where you left them.
Cancelling
Cancelling stops future payments; it does not refund past ones. You can cancel at any time from the plan page, through the link in any Paddle receipt, or by writing to hello@fernlit.app. The plan stays open until the end of the period you have paid for.
Your rights
This policy adds to, and does not take away, any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
